Return Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in original condition with tags, packaging, invoice, and courier receipt.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, BoughtMe will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they are not already shipped.
After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted. However, you may return the product as per our return policy.

Service-Based Products

For any services (if applicable), no refund or cancellation will be entertained once payment is made.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship to most locations across India.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours (except Sundays and National Holidays).
For metro cities, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
For non-metro or remote locations, delivery may take 7–10 business days, depending on courier availability.
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
Delivery delays due to unforeseen logistics challenges are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed.
In case an order is undeliverable or lost in transit, BoughtMe reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
